Shipping policy
Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery Options We offer two delivery services at checkout:
- Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked — delivered within 2–3 working days of dispatch
- DPD Next Day — delivered the next working day after dispatch
Tracking All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times While we always aim to meet the timeframes above, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail and DPD network delays, adverse weather, and peak periods.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection. DPD will contact you directly to rearrange.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@zelusdrinks.com and we'll get it sorted as quickly as possible.
Shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands Delivery to some remote areas may take slightly longer than standard timeframes.
